What we collect
Your name, email address, and phone number if asked, plus what you ordered.
Why
To make and deliver your order and contact you about it. We don't send marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who sees it
For group orders, the organiser at Shelton Striders sees your name, contact details and order, so they can check it and arrange payment. Zone 2 Apparel sees what it needs to make your kit. Our website host (Netlify) stores it securely. We never sell your details.
How long
Order records are kept for six years, as required for tax records, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@fitclo.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
