Made for you

Your kit is made to order with a logo, and often your initials or name, so it can't be returned for a change of mind. This is the legal exception for goods made to the customer's specification (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), so the usual 14-day cancellation period doesn't apply.

Please check the size guide before ordering. If something doesn't fit, get in touch and we'll help where we can, but we can't promise an exchange on printed items.

Faulty or wrong

If something arrives faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, email hello@fitclo.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it, with your name, what you ordered and a photo.

We'll replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible. We cover the return postage.

Your rights

None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
